The couple seeking a property is Jamal and Dee from North London who have retired early, both from an Accountancy career. Dee is a keen amateur photographer and Jamal likes old properties. They would like some out-buildings for a studio and stables for horses. They do not want to buy a property that needs work and their budget is £450,000.
