Melissa spreads her entrepreneurial wings as she breaks ground on her new boutique despite her husband Joe's desire to keep her at home. Jacqueline catches with her close friends Dolores and Siggy, and later hosts a holiday cocktail party where she shares a secret message that she is surprised to receive. Finally, after nearly a year in prison, Teresa returns home to her family just in time for Christmas.
It's Christmas in Jersey! Melissa hosts the Gorga/Giudice Christmas Eve Dinner and reunites with Teresa for the first time in a year. Later, Jacqueline gets a surprise call from Teresa as Dolores attempts to negotiate peace between the two ex-BFFs. Meanwhile, Joe Giudice and Gia are at odds over her decision to spend New Year's Eve away from the family.
Jacqueline surprises Teresa by showing up on her doorstep wanting answers. Meanwhile, Melissa hits a road block with her opinionated new business partner. Later, Siggy throws Dolores a true Jersey Birthday Party to give her a confidence boost, but Kathy and Rosie end up feeling on the outs.
The ladies of New Jersey are working it with Melissa's boutique, Envy, officially opening for business, Teresa recording her audio book and Jacqueline and her husband, Chris, making headway on their new business venture. Meanwhile, Dolores and her daughter, Gabby, discuss veterinary school and later, Siggy confronts Teresa about tabloid rumors.
Jacqueline and Teresa's newly repaired friendship is derailed during a dinner, hosted by Jacqueline, when old tensions arise. Meanwhile, Soggy is shocked when her kids confront her with some news; Melissa is proud when her kids walk in Fashion Week; and Dolores endeavors towards final independence. Melissa and Teresa continue to grow closer.
