Teresa Giudice and her husband, Joe, fight to keep their family intact as they embark on a very public legal battle for their freedom. Fortunately, Teresa has support from her sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga, after resolving a long time family feud, and veteran housewife Dina Manzo, Teresa's oldest friend who is dealing with a public divorce. Joining in the chaos is Melissa's longtime friend Amber Marchese, a breast cancer survivor, as well as identical twin sisters, Nicole Napolitano and Teresa Aprea. Sparks fly almost immediately when everyone gets together for a Harvest Party as Amber confronts Melissa about not being there for her when she had cancer.
Melissa tries to keep Christmas traditions alive, despite living in a rental home, while Dina feels more alone than ever as her daughter Lexi applies for college. Amber, on the other hand, isn't ready to let go of her precious children just yet and becomes consumed with home safety, while Teresa Aprea decides it's time for her son, Giovanni, to join the family empire - interning at his father's restaurant. Meanwhile, Teresa Giudice's legal woes still hang heavy over her family's head as she struggles to keep things normal for her girls and vows to Joe that this will not be their last Christmas together.
Joe and Melissa are hoping to rake in the money with their new business - a state of the art trash truck. Meanwhile, Teresa focuses on her dessert line, Fabilicious, and invites friends and family over to try out her new recipes. When the twins hear that someone has started a rumor about Nicole, it becomes clear that things are about to get messy.
Nicole and her firefighter boyfriend, Bobby, decide to throw a "First Responders" themed costume party together. The party kicks off hot and heavy as Dina finds a hunky young man she may be interested in. But soon enough, the "First Responders Party" turns into a five-alarm fire when Nicole confronts Amber about the rumor she's been spreading
Tempers are still fiery as the First Responder's party comes to a dramatic conclusion. Amber's husband Jim goes on the offensive with Teresa A, while Nicole demands loyalty from her boyfriend Bobby. Dina tries to warm up to a new man in her life, but her feelings towards her ex still flicker within. Melissa and Amber have a sitdown to hash out just who started the rumor heard round the Jersey grapevine.
