Holocaust survivor Uri has found a new life in Israel. When he gets the chance to sell his invention, a water filter, he reluctantly agrees to travel back to Germany and meet potential buyers. But the Mossad has other plans for him.
To keep Eitan out of jail after his disastrous accident Uri is forced by the Mossad to return to Germany and pose as a former SS member to infiltrate their secret organization.
Eitan is devastated by Christina's death, and he suspects she didn't kill herself. Uri is introduced to the Nazi group, but their leader Andreas checks his story. Anna pursues a lead that Uri's brother might have survived the holocaust.
Anna researches SS activity in the transit camp Westerbork. While Tamar and Steven record Holocaust testimonials he asks her to live with him in the USA. Anguished Eitan leaves a distressed note and disappears.
Uri tries to dispel Anna's suspicion and tells her he is a Mossad agent. In Germany he goes hunting deer with Nazis Ulrich, Heinrich and Dieter. Sami fixes the broken machine in Uri's plant. Tamar tells Anna her plans for New York.
Uri and Anna, Holocaust survivors, start a new life in Israel, concealing their traumatic past. After 25 years, Mossad compels Uri to infiltrate a Nazi group in Germany to locate the escaped war criminal Mengele.
