In the season opener, Vicki finds her life in turmoil once again, as her divorce from Donn is finalized and she struggles to move forward with Brooks after his controversial clash with Briana at last season's reunion. Tamra's gym is finally open for business, but she worries about staying in shape for her younger husband, Eddie. Meanwhile, Heather and her family are living on top of each other in their "small" rental house as she prepares to break ground on her new mega dream home. Newcomer Shannon gives Heather a peek into her quirky lifestyle choices. Heather invites party girls Vicki and Tamra for a girls-only weekend trip to Honolulu following her guest role on "Hawaii Five-O," but tensions arise when the dynamic duo are met with resistance when they try to get Heather to lose the fancy pants.
The Hawaii trip concludes with the ladies questioning Vicki about the status of her relationship with Brooks, and one last attempt by the ladies to get "Fancy Pants" Dubrow to put on her party pants. Back on the mainland, Heather introduces the ladies to her future neighbor, Shannon Beador, and Tamra invites the women over for a spooky-themed night of food and tarot card readings. At a dinner, Tamra reveals that she misses her kids and is thinking about having a baby with Eddie. After meeting the ladies, Shannon invites them over to her house for a "real" home cooked meal.
The dinner party continues at Shannon's OC home, and while the ladies hop onboard the fun bus, Heather seems to have been left at the station. Meanwhile, Shannon's awkward marriage is put under the microscope, and Vicki finally musters the courage to tell Briana she is going to date Brooks with or without her blessing. As Heather leaves town for the holidays, the ladies meet for a "Fakes-giving" Feast where they air out their grievances.
Things get ugly in the OC when Tamra and Heather are invited to a holiday party where fashion takes a back seat to charity and the girls meet Lizzie, a former beauty queen. After 13 years of marriage, Shannon is surprised with a romantic weekend getaway. As Vicki focuses on business and new office with designer Kelli Ellis, Tamra and Eddie have a heart-to-heart discussion about a possible new addition to the family.
Shannon and Vicki bond when Shannon takes Vicki to her holistic healer and brings her Feng Shui expert to her office. While Heather is busy planning a hoedown-themed party to celebrate breaking ground on her new house, Lizzie is overwhelmed at home and Tamra pushes for her reluctant son Ryan to take on more responsibility at the fitness studio. A holiday outing turns tense when Vicki and Lizzie don't get along, and Heather and Shannon fight over, of all things, a chair.
