Howard gets a news from head office that her branch will be shutting down and the staff will have to work from home. She makes promises but she can't keep and launches plots in order to keep her family together.
When Hannah learns that a staff member (who she can't quite remember) has died, she decides to put on a wake and invites Alisha to prove the importance of having a "work family".
Hannah's best mate/crush Danny joins the office for Melbourne Cup day. Greta is lumped with the sales report that Hannah failed to complete and Nick comes in to assist her.
Hannah creates a false religion in the name of the company in order to become tax exempt, as Nick and Greta prank Lizzie by convincing her that a stain on the carpet is an apparition of Hannah.
