In "Billy Ocean", Billy, Mandy and Grim's outing to the beach goes south when Billy winds up far out at sea and eaten by a whale, where, inside, he meets Pinocchio and Gepetto... and Pinocchio still wants to eat Billy alive to become a real boy! In "Hill Billy", Billy sets out to pursue his dream to be a chicken juggler, with disastrous results.
Billy's family is moving to another town, but when the question arises of whether or not Grim goes with Billy, Billy and Mandy decide to settle this in the courthouse!
