Trixie Mattel sends Tim and Michael to Columbus, Ohio to test their stand up outside of Los Angeles. In Ohio, the guys meet local drag queens, try tasty hot dogs, shop for wardrobe and convince people to come to their stand up show.

Tim and Michael arrive in Nashville full of ideas on how they can sell tickets to their stand-up show and impress Trixie with the turn out. They ride down Broadway on the Big Gay Bus, decorate baked goods to give away with tickets and test out new material at the Lipstick Loung before their big show.
Michael and Tim meet up with their friends "The Mean Gays" to work out and get fat asses to attract people to their comedy show . Michael also has an idea to design merchandise to help fund the trip. They perform stand up in front of their toughest crowd yet, and deal with a loud heckler sitting front and center.
Follows Michael Henry and Tim Murray, two comedians who for the first time perform standup on the road in North America.
