Sogo Tokiwa is a teenage boy who dreams of becoming a great king someday. One day, he gets to know a girl Tsukuyomi and a young warrior Geiz. Actually, they have traveled back in time from 2068 to kill him, because he becomes a terrible monarch tormenting people in their era.
Woz told his future king Sogo that Time Jackers want to replace Oh-ma Ji-O with other person to change the history that is convenient for them. Sogo finds that he has to use Build Watch to beat Another Build, and then he visits Sento(Kamen Rider Build) and his buddy Ryuga.
Sogo's classmate turned into Another Ex-aid while he was playing a video game. Sogo tries to find the secret of the game, so he looks for the great gamer M as known as Dr. Emu Hojo(Kamen Rider Ex-aid).
Ora changed Ex-aid's history. Sogo and Tsukuyomi go back in time to 2016 to investigate who first Another Ex-aid is and why he turned into.
Sogo and Gaiz find that some missing girls were the same high school students. They secretly investigate at Amanogawa high school where Gentaro(Kamen Rider Fourze) graduated from.
Sougo Tokiwa who always dreamed of becoming a king encounters a mysterious girl who came from the future and warns him that he would become the king of all time, Kamen Rider Zi-O, who destined to rule the world.
