A revolutionary drug promises to block the fear of death, but it ends up affecting the lives of its users in different ways.

Arthur and Lerner create a drug for the terminally ill, but the Lab cancels the research. When investigating, Arthur discovers that the medication suppress the fear of death, making his human guinea pigs take high-risk actions.

Arthur and Lerner proceed with the research clandestinely; Nina drugs Santo without him noticing and the situation gets out of hand; Júlio follows an anonymous lead on Boi's whereabouts.

Júlio puts his plan of revenge against Boi into practice. Nina interrupts the chemotherapy and Marta suspends the treatment with the "Blessing". Arthur abandons the search.

Santo and Nina create their own church around the "Blessing"; Marta discovers that the medicine was stolen by the couple; patients begin to experience withdrawal symptoms.
