The Croak crime family has been forced to move to Wisconsin. Kevin Croak the head of the family and his adopted son Johnny must find a way to get back home, but for now they must make due with Wisconsin.
Johnny struggles to figure out how to pay Kevin back. Meanwhile a crime boss from Johnnies home state of New York flies out to meet Johnny about some new business.
Johnny is still trying to get money for the Texan, the Don, and now Pammies dream wedding. He must now rely on a job the juice sets him up with, stealing cars for a chop shop.
The Henchmen move in with Johnny as ordered by the Texan, and Johnny finally catches a break with The Texan thanks to "The Pez Outlaw" (Freddy Moyano).
