A troubled young man finds purpose in a hospice, confronting his past while helping others confront their final wishes.

Tae Sik and Yeon Joo fulfill a dying captain's wish to return home, but their journey leads them to cross paths with a man on the run. Despite the circumstances, their fates become entwined at a hospice.
The new volunteer is Gyeo Rye. Although Yeon Joo does not like the idea, Tae Sik brings him so he can learn. The first patient he will be driving is Mr. Pyeon. Team Genie brings him to his old home as he wishes to face his last moment.
Pyeon now faces the last moments of his life. Watching him pass makes Gyeo Rye feel something he never felt before. For the girl who is not sure whether to live in pain is better than dying, Tae Sik tries his best to grant her final wish.
The preparations for Se Hee's musical officially begin. Meanwhile, Gyeo Rye is still obsessed with what is in Room 403. Although he knows that the ghost is a lie, he is still curious.
Se Hee's final wish ends with a success. Her musical brings her loved ones together and also helps Gyu Tae to repent. Meanwhile, Gyeo Rye finds some suspicious things about Mr. Kang.
Yoon Gyeo Rye lived at an orphanage and spent time in prison. He struggles to have a normal life. He volunteers at a hospice. There, he works with volunteer team leader Kang Tae Sik and nurse Seo Yeon Joo.
