Hyo Sim starts her day early in the morning as usual. Her diligence and competence finally paid off, leading to a well-deserved promotion to team leader at TS Fitness. On this pleasant day, her mom calls, and as always, it signifies trouble that requires her immediate attention. Meanwhile, Tae Ho, who's been studying abroad in the US, decides to return home to investigate the whereabouts of his grandmother.
At TS Fitness, in the early morning at five o'clock, Hyo Sim is completely surprised when a new member, who seems somewhat recognizable, tries to access the gym. Meanwhile, Tae Min finishes his prison sentence and faces a mob of reporters inquiring about his future at Taesan Group. Later on, Hyo Sim receives a phone call, and it turns out to be none other than Tae Min.
Myung Hee manages to escape from her captors, causing Sook Hyang to feel alarmed when she hears the news. Sook Hyang is troubled by the possibility that Tae Ho might uncover the real story behind what happened to his grandmother. Meanwhile, Hyo Sim introduces herself as Tae Ho's personal trainer, but he's less than thrilled about her being his workout partner. As for Hyo Do, he reaches a point of no return while behind the wheel of his new car.
On a day that was already proving to be difficult, Hyo Do finds himself in a car accident, colliding with Myung Hee during a turn. Despite Myung Hee's weakened state, she refuses hospitalization, so Hyo Do brings her to Uicheon Villa. Meanwhile, at the workplace, Tae Min assigns a project to Tae Ho. Tae Min is pushed into an arranged marriage by Jin Bum. While trying to grab a quick lunch with Chi San, Hyo Sim runs into Tae Min.
Hyo Sim and the Taesan Group heirs cross paths unexpectedly at TS Fitness. Simultaneously, a peculiar sound on the rooftop brings Kkeut Soon face-to-face with Myung Hee. Following Myung Hee's collapse, she is rushed to the hospital, prompting an urgent call to Hyo Sim. Although Myung Hee briefly regains consciousness, the news about Taesan Group causes her to lose it once more.
Hyo Sim always puts her mother and three brothers' needs and priorities before her own, but change is coming. She starts to live a more peaceful and independent life from her ungrateful and greedy family.
