On Charlie's second birthday, the whole Duncan family winds up in prison. Teddy, Gabe, and Charlie are arrested for trying to break into a Gurgles concert after Teddy failed to get tickets. P.J. is there for harassing one of the Gurgle actors repeatedly.

Teddy and her best friend Ivy want to go to a party thrown by a senior boy, but their mothers don't allow them to since they've never met the boy. They use a phone app to create a fake phone call that sounds as if Teddy's mother is giving Teddy permission to go to the party.
As Bob and Amy plan to spend the weekend in a hotel suite, Teddy and PJ are throwing a party, which is put at risk when Bob and Amy cancel over an argument. Meanwhile, Gabe goes to the cotillion with Jo, where an unexpected problem arise.
The Duncan family are adjusting to the surprise birth of their fourth child, Charlie. When parents Amy and Bob return to work they put their latest addition in the care of her three older siblings.
