So Eun survives the first autopsy and gets acknowledged by Jung Soo. So Eun feels uncomfortable with Jung Soo's action towards her and wonders about him. Kang Ho gets caught for illegally making a profit. Kang Ho and So Eun meet in the interrogation room.

So Eun visits the chief prosecutor to report about the incident at the bar with Jung Soo. Soo Ho gets kidnapped by an anonymous. Meanwhile, Kang Ho comes out after finishing his sentence. He visits Soo Ho's place but gets to meet the detectives instead.

Kang Ho status rises in one day from a criminal to a judge. He escapes the critical situation by the laws he learned in the past from being sentenced to jail. At that moment, he receives a call from an unknown person. That call leads Kang Ho to make a new decision.

Kang Ho has trouble reading the sentencing, so he asks So Eun for help. So Eun gets reminded of the past incident about her sister. Kang Ho meets Sang Chul due to one of the cases that are waiting for a hearing. Meanwhile, Soo Ho suffers from the attack by the anonymous.

Things get wild at Soo Ho's friends birthday party. At the party, Soo Ho is introduced by his friend to a girl he knows that could turn out to be something. Later back at the office, the trainee Song So Eun, brings to Soo Ho's attention that the ruling made on the Osung case was unjust and tells him it needs justification. Soo Ho further investigates the judgment and finds out the attorney, Oh Sang Chul, in the case was paid five million dollars and becomes infuriated that causes him to defer the sentencing.
